Secondary Education
At Carey, students preparing to teach at the secondary level gain the skills, knowledge, and passion to foster academic growth and inspire positive change in their classrooms and beyond. Graduates emerge as Christian leaders, equipped to make a lasting impact on the lives of their students - both academically and personally. Carey offers secondary teaching licensure in English, mathematics, and social sciences/history, providing future educators with the qualifications to teach and influence at the high school level. To earn their license, Carey students major in their subject field and minor in Secondary Education.
