The Master of Education in Teaching and Learning program is dedicated to empowering educators to become confident, compassionate, and reflective leaders in the classroom. Our graduates will emerge as dynamic coordinators and transformative change agents, making a profound and positive impact on students’ lives across social, physical, emotional, and academic dimensions.

*Note: This degree WILL NOT lead to a Mississippi Educator License; however it is recognized by the MS Department of Education for Class AA Master's degree level license for individuals who currently hold an educator license.  Students must sign a memo of understanding regarding the NON-Licensure to be admitted.

Hours

The program is 30 hours and may be completed in approximately 12-15 months.


Delivery Method

Classes are delivered in a fully online format that is perfect for the working student who wants to take their education to the next level. Classes are designed to be flexible and require no synchronous meetings. William Carey uses Canvas as the learning management system for online coursework.
