The Bachelor of Music in Music Therapy

Students in this degree learn to use music as a therapeutic tool for a wide variety of physical, emotional, cognitive, and social needs in individuals.  Music therapy students at Carey have unique opportunities to do practica with clients in a variety of clinical settings.

Our job placement rate is exceptional.  Students that graduate from Carey Music are prepared for work in psychiatric hospitals, rehabilitative facilities, medical hospitals, outpatient clinics, day care treatment centers, community mental health centers, drug and alcohol programs, senior centers, nursing homes, hospice programs, and more!
