Applying for financial aid at William Carey is simple and pain-free. Follow the steps below to get started.

STEP

1

Complete your FAFSA application.

All students wishing to receive federal financial aid MUST complete a Free Application of Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). The FAFSA can be completed electronically at https://fsaid.ed.gov.

Students (and parent, if a dependent) must register for an FSA User ID and password at https://fsaid.ed.gov.

Be sure that William Carey University’s school code is on the FAFSA; our school code is 002447. To add or remove school codes on the FAFSA, visit http://www.fafsa.gov and make corrections to the processed Student Aid Report.

STEP

2

Submit your Scholarship Application.

William Carey University's scholarship program is offered to students who are seeking their first undergraduate degree and is based on ACT/SAT scores and transfer GPAs. These scholarships are awarded to all students who meet the requirements until funds have been expended. The amounts listed for these scholarships are the amounts awarded each year contingent upon satisfactory academic progress.  Scholarships are not available to students who already hold a bachelor's degree.
