Dean of the School of Nursing Announces Post-Master’s in HealthCare Simulation Education Program

Dr. Janet Williams, Dean of the Joseph and Nancy Fail School of Nursing, announced the establishment of the Healthcare Education Simulation program on the Hattiesburg campus. The first class will be admitted for the Fall 2013 term.
The program is intended to prepare healthcare educators with an earned Master’s degree,
In a health related field, to coordinate a simulation lab or teach simulation. The program will facilitate graduates in writing the Society for Simulation in Healthcare Society (SSH) certification examination.
