Our core curriculum provides courses in the biological sciences and undergraduate-level training for students planning to pursue careers in biological science, health related science, and science education.

The undergraduate program offers tracks in Pre-Med, Pre-Dentistry, Pre-Pharmacy, Pre-Physical Therapy, Pre-Veterinary Medicine, Pre-Occupational Therapy, Pre-Environmental Biology, and Cellular or Molecular Biology. Additionally, we have a standard Biological Sciences Major that can be modified to fit your needs and interests.

Delivery Method

This program is delivered in a traditional in-person format for the bulk of the courses. Select courses are offered virtually or hybrid (with a mixture of in-person and virtual class meetings).


Applicant Prerequisites & Requirements

To major in Biology, a student must meet admission criteria for the University. A student who wishes to participate in Biology's Direct Admission agreement with the University's College of Osteopathic Medicine, should speak with the department chair, Dr. Jessica Brook.
