Neil Goldsmith is an Assistant Professor of Physics in the department of Chemistry and the Physical Sciences at William Carey University. He started teaching at William Carey University in the Fall of 2020. Prior to coming to Carey, he spent 7 years teaching at the high school level in Ohio and Mississippi and 10 years of graduate work and research. Mr. Goldsmith’s graduate research in Physics focused on computer modelling irregularities in voice frequency known as jitter. Later on he worked on developing nano/micro sensors for in-vivo measurement of peptides in blood, for which he received a patent.
