Dr. Anna Bailey was named the Dean of Students and Campus Wellness at William Carey University in 2023, bringing with her a wealth of experience and expertise in the field of education. Dr. Bailey is entrusted with the leadership and direction of the student affairs division, where she oversees critical aspects of student life, including student programming, student engagement, and campus wellness initiatives. Additionally, she serves as the Chief Student Conduct Officer for the University, ensuring the maintenance of a safe and inclusive campus environment.
Dr. Bailey's background in education spans over a decade, during which she excelled as a high school teacher and, more recently, as a community college instructor. Her commitment to professional growth and engagement is evident through her active involvement in various professional and civic organizations, where she has consistently held executive roles. These engagements have allowed her to further contribute to the field, exchange knowledge and best practices, and foster meaningful connections with colleagues.
