The Student Accounts Office is committed to offering excellent service to all customers.

Our staff is available to answer your questions during the following business hours:

Hattiesburg Campus
Monday through Thursday - 8:00am - 5:00pm
Friday - 8:00am - 4:30pm

Tradition Campus
Monday through Thursday - 8:30am - 5:30pm
Friday - 8:00am - 5:00pm
*Tradition office closes for lunch from noon until 1:00pm.

The Student Accounts Office collects all tuition and fees in accordance with the William Carey University policies and procedures.

We assist students with all billing and account inquires, third party billing for military and other students, and disburse refunds. As we advise students on the billing and fulfillment of their financial obligation to the university, our goal is to be helpful, courteous and accurate in the information we provide.
