WCU Inducts Students from Jefferson Davis County and Marion County into Alph Chi National Honor Society

William Carey University inducted 66 new members into Alpha Chi National College Honor Society on November 30 in the Kresge Room of Thomas Business Building on WCU’s Hattiesburg campus. Five of those students were from Jefferson and Marion Counties: Haley Bryant of Bassfield; Jennifer Carney and Amy Lowery of Columbia; Courtney Daley of Carson; and Lindsay Stogner from Sandy Hook. Membership into Alpha Chi is limited to no more than 10 percent of the junior, senior, and graduate classes, and at WCU, students must have at least a 3.70 Grade Point Average on the 4.0 scale to qualify.
