WCU Business Leadership Institute Students Attend ADP Event

Hattiesburg, Miss., December 19, 2013 - William Carey University Business Leadership Institute students recently attended the Area Development Partnership (ADP) Annual Meeting featuring Governor Phil Bryant as keynote speaker. Led by Dr. Cheryl Dale, dean of the WCU School of Business, the Leadership Institute (LI) seeks to develop leadership skills of elite Carey business students through professional and community activities. Selection for the Institution is based on academic standing, involvement in university activities, community service, character, and demonstration of professional behavior.

"I invited the Leadership Institute students to attend an ADP event so they could learn more about networking opportunities," said Dr. Dale. "I chose  this particular ADP event so they could learn more about the state's economy from our governor."
