Court to Hear Case at WCU
Hattiesburg, Miss., April 19, 2013 - On Thursday, April 25, a three-judge panel of the Mississippi Court of Appeals will hear oral arguments at 11 am in Smith Auditorium at William Carey University.
The Appeals Court schedules oral arguments on college campuses and at other locations as a teaching tool for students. It is known as the "Court on the Road" program.
The public as well as students interested in history, government, law and other related subjects are invited to be seated by 10:50 am as no one is allowed to enter after the arguments have begun. No cameras, cell phone cameras, or other media equipment are allowed in the auditorium during the argument.
