William Carey University Hosts Preview Day for Prospective Students

Hattiesburg, MS, March 5, 2010 - Prospective students are invited to Preview Day at William Carey University Saturday, March 27 from 8 a.m. until 3 p.m. Registration and breakfast is 8 a.m. until 9:15 a.m. in Thomas Fine Arts Center, followed by a welcome and opening session in Smith Auditorium.

Designed for first-time freshmen and transfer students, Preview Day gives prospective students and their parents a glimpse into university life and offers information on admissions, financial aid, housing and student life. Students interested in registering for classes on that day can meet with advisors and sign up for classes from 9:45 a.m. until noon.

A Student Activities Fair will be held in the Missions Plaza in front of Wilkes Dining Hall from 10 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. followed by lunch. Campus tours are offered from1 p.m. until 3 p.m. and the admissions, financial aid, business and housing offices will be open.
