Comprehensive Exam Deadlines

  1. We must have the completed forms by October 15 for May graduation or March 31 for August graduation.
  2. Download three (3) copies of the Application for Degree form.  One is a work copy for you and two (2) copies are to be completed and returned to the Education Office at the address below.  A check for $50.00 must be included with the application.  We cannot process your request without this fee.  The Application for Degree must be typed.
  3. One copy of the application to take the Master of Education Comprehensive Examination is attached.  This application must be returned to the Education Office at the address listed below.  (Note: You must have completed your five area courses to be eligible to take Comps.)
  4. A letter of explanation will be sent after your degree application is approved.
  5. Checklist: I am returning:

    1. One copy of application to take comprehensives.
    2. Two copies of application for degree (typed).
    3. My check for $50.00 (graduation fee) or after deadline a $50.00 late fee will also be due. 
  6.  Note: You must return all of the requested forms plus your graduation fee in order for us to process the application.
