Baptist Mission Press booklet

A booklet produced before the Second World War by Baptist Mission Press, Calcutta. It is likely that it was designed by Norman Ellis, a skilled printer and typographer (later the Superintendent) soon after joining the Press in 1931.

Printed letterpress in two spot colours (sepia and blue). A 4 page cover of marbled paper and an 8 page, under-sized inner, on cream art paper. An extra two pages have been glued to the inner back and printed one side only, in sepia, on a light terracotta coloured paper. Size: 120mm deep x 185mm wide.

Pages: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9.
