We will also be open the weekend before the fall trimester begins to help residents get situated with IDs and parking decals.
IDs
Non-resident students must bring a copy of their current schedule to receive an ID.
Residential students will be issued an ID before or after they move in. This card also acts as an access card to residence halls.
Notes on IDs
- The first ID issued in free.
- If an ID is lost or misplaced, the replacement fee is $10.
- The ID card may be updated each trimester in the Student Life Office. If regularly updated, the ID will be valid the whole time a student is attending WCU.
- The ID card is valid on any WCU campus; however, to use the Hattiesburg campus library, the ID must be updated for the current trimester
Parking Decals
Non-resident students must bring a copy of their current schedule to receive a decal.
Residential students will be issued a decal before or after they move in.
Necessary information to receive a parking decal:
- Make, Model, Year, and Color of the vehicle
- Full license plate number, county, and state
- Phone numbers
- Name and address of the driver and the registered owner
In the case of multiple vehicles, bring all of the above information for each vehicle.
By applying for a decal, you are agreeing to abide by the traffic rules set forth in The Lance, the school’s handbook.
A planner and a copy of The Lance are provided in the Student Life Office, free of charge.
