Due to impending weather conditions, The Office of Admissions is canceling the Open House on Friday, February 12, and rescheduling the event for Friday, February 26.  Please join us February 26 from 9:00 am – noon.  If you have any questions or would like to reserve a space, please call the Office of Admissions at 601-318-6103.

Saturday classes on all campuses will meet according to the usual schedule.

For final exams originally scheduled for Friday, the following contingency plan is to be followed.

Exams scheduled for Friday, February 12 will be given at the same times on Wednesday of next week, with grades for those classes due no later than noon on Thursday, February 18. Deans of each school will work with faculty to authorize any alternate arrangements for exams, including scheduling them at times that do not conflict with students’ other exams on Monday or Tuesday or providing an online exam or other activity in lieu of an exam. Students who are unable to be on campus to take their exams on Wednesday are to be given consideration for making them up at another time. Faculty whose class meets for the last time on Friday should give students any necessary information and instruction by means of D2L to prepare them for their exams scheduled on Monday or Tuesday.
