Frank G. Baugh, PhD, Associate Dean, Academic Affairs

Dr. Baugh graduated from Texas A & M University in 2004 with a PhD in counseling psychology.  He was a postdoctoral fellow at the Veterans Health Administration National Center for Organization Development.  During that time, he was involved with strategic planning, workplace assessment, team building, work group facilitation 360-degree assessments, executive coaching, leadership development, work redesign, conflict mediation, action research, and retreat design.  His professional specialties include strategic planning and statistical analysis.  Currently, he is also serving as the academic officer responsible for graduate programs at William Carey University and Dean of the School of Natural and Behavioral Sciences.
