Graduate Admissions

Welcome to the William Carey College Graduate Admissions Website.  It is our desire to assist you in applying for admission to graduate programs.  If we can assist you do not hesitate to contact us at (601) 318-6774. You may also email gradoff@wmcarey.edu or fax (601) 318-6765.  The deadline for application to a graduate program is the Monday of the final week of registration.  These dates are found on the cover sheet of the application packet.

All original documents must be sent to the Graduate Admissions Office, 498 Tuscan Avenue, Hattiesburg, MS 39401.  Sending documents to any other address may delay your admission.  Transcripts must be mailed directly from the college or university to the Graduate Admissions Office.  Hand delivered transcripts are not acceptable.  Transcripts sent to other addresses and opened are not acceptable.  All other documents may be faxed or mailed. Payment of the application fee may be by check sent with the application or credit card by calling the Business Office.

Once your application file is complete it will be forwarded to the admission committee for the various graduate programs (business, education, nursing, psychology). See the Graduate Catalog on this website for basic requirements to graduate school and specific requirements for admission to each graduate program.

Financial Aid will be processed when your application file is complete and you have been admitted to a degree program.
