Message from the Associate Dean

There has never been a more exciting time for the faculty and staff of the Joseph and Nancy Fail School of Nursing. We challenge prospective students to join us as we prepare professional nurses to provide high-quality health care within the global society and shape the future of the nursing.

The SoN provides a number of programs to meet the needs of motivated adult learners. The established prelicensure program, offered on all three campuses, integrates time-honored classroom and clinical environments with modern technologies and teaching–learning strategies to prepare graduates to sit for the NCLEX-RN licensure examination. The RN-BSN program is designed to provide flexibility for diploma and associate degree registered nurses who desire to continue their formal education. Graduates of the MSN program are equipped with the knowledge and skills to take a leadership role in shaping the future of nursing education.

 A source of particular pride for the SoN is the innovative night/Saturday program developed on the Tradition campus. Applications are now being accepted for the program. We encourage interested students to contact the Tradition campus for information on how to take advantage of this learning opportunity.
