Dear Parents, Students, Arts Educators, and Music Ministers:

The Carey Institute of Fine Arts was established in 2004 to serve the Hattiesburg community by providing quality and affordable music education. Our enrollment continues to grow due to the quality of instruction and the reasonable rates we charge for music lessons.

Our mission at CIFA states that we believe everyone has the potential to learn musical skills which can give life-long enjoyment. Everyone, regardless of age, has an aptitude for musical accomplishment. Our faculty is committed to help students first enjoy music and then to help them achieve their potential.

CIFA offers private and group lessons in piano, voice, strings (children and adults), guitar, and band and orchestral instruments. Lessons are open to students of any age.
