Undergraduate Mission
The purpose of the School of Education is to provide professional training and study that will prepare preprofessional educators to pursue a career in the field of education. This training is characterized by course content, field assignments, practica, and clinical experiences.
The School of Education is responsible for the development of undergraduate curricula in
- elementary education
- secondary education
- other add-on certification areas and for supervision and preparation of preprofessional educators with majors in those areas.
