Theatre and Communication

The department of Theatre and Communication offers opportunities designed to help students improve skills in communication in its various practical and artistic forms and to provide a background of knowledge and experience to help prepare them for graduate or professional school and/or a career. In addition to a wide range of course offerings in theatre the department offers a depth of experiences outside the classroom.  An ambitious theatre program gives students exciting opportunities in the performance, design, and technical areas.  The theatre actively participates in the Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival as well as the Southeastern Theatre Conference.
