Welcome to the Business Office website!

The Business Office collects all tuition and fees in accordance with the William Carey University policies and procedures. We assist students with all billing and account inquires, third party billing for military and other students, and disburse refund checks. As we advise students on the billing and fulfillment of their financial obligation to the university, our goal is to be helpful, courteous and accurate in the information we provide.

The Business Office is committed to offering excellent service to all customers.

Hattiesburg Office personnel are available to answer questions Monday – Friday from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. at (601) 318-6127 or toll free 1-800-962-5991.

Tradition office personnel are available Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. until 6 p.m., and Friday from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m.(closed from noon until 1 p.m. for lunch). The office number is (228) 702-1810.

New Orleans office personnel are available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m.(closed for lunch from noon until 1 p.m.) The main number to the New Orleans campus is (504) 286-3275. The business office extension is 3282.
