Dropping Classes or Withdrawing from School
A reduction of tuition and fees is calculated when a student drops classes or withdraws from school. The percentage used in the calculation will be based on the week during which the class was officially dropped. These dates and percentages can be found on the attached schedule of dates. Housing charges are reduced only to the extent that the room/apartment can be occupied by another student. If a replacement cannot be found, the student is responsible for the housing charges for the entire trimester. Students who withdraw from the University during the term and are on meal plans will be charged full cost of the meal plan. The contractual agreement with our cafeteria provider is based on projected number of meals per trimester. Students must officially check out with a member of the Residence Life staff to receive any refund on housing deposits or other charges.
